Real Medicine. Real Results.

In a healthcare system built around symptom management and 15-minute appointments, Asheville Holistic Acupuncture takes a different approach.

Practitioner Tyler White conducts a rigorous, whole-body diagnostic intake — evaluating how every organ system is functioning together, identifying the root cause of your condition, and building a personalized treatment plan that begins at the most fundamental level: diet, lifestyle, and nutrition, supported by herbal medicine and acupuncture when deeper treatment is needed.

This isn't symptom suppression. This is genuine healing.

What Our Patients Say

"Working with Tyler has been the best experience with acupuncture I've ever had. I came in from out of town with acute symptoms — and on the table had a peaceful release. The energy in my body began to noticeably move in the direction of my heart once again. Tyler is palpably gentle, engagingly curious, and funny. He stayed invested in my recovery long after our first session and worked with me until I returned to homeostasis. I would recommend him to anyone needing healing through acupuncture and herbs."

— Olivia

"I have been beyond impressed since seeing Tyler. He is so knowledgeable and takes the time to teach not only about his technique but how to continue healing after you leave a session. For years I struggled with occasional muscle spasms that kept me down for days at a time. After one session with Tyler, I felt complete relief. Whether it's muscular issues, allergies, or anything in between — he provides tremendous healing value."

— Amy

"By far the most knowledgeable acupuncturist I've ever experienced. After my first visit, he resolved knee pain I'd had for 6 months — within just a few days. Amazing experience. I will continue to come back to him with any issues I'm having."

— Matthew
