The fish is one of the oldest and most ergonomically refined shapes in traditional gua sha practice. At 3.75" long and 1.25" wide, this tool fits naturally in the hand with the tail resting against the palm and the body of the fish providing multiple working surfaces: the curved spine for broad sweeping strokes, the tapered nose for detailed work along channel pathways, acupuncture points, and the muscles of the neck and face, and the notched tail for working along tendons and the edges of bones.
